1) Which payments services do you provide?
Enigma Securities is a one-stop shop for liquidity products and services and is recognised as a leading and regulated facilitator for cryptocurrency liquidity, bank relations and custody solutions. We’re trusted for our emphasis on compliance and regulation.
2) Which challenges have you experienced when hiring in FinTech and Payments?
The primary challenge for us is finding skilled people with experience in crypto, banking and hedge funds who are up to date with the newest technologies in a rapidly changing crypto market.
We’re an international business with desks in the UK, US, EU and Israel, with challenges unique to each, but generally we find that people working in tech in New York and London tend to jump from job to job. This can be problematic in our development teams because we need to constantly source and onboard people with a niche skillset. Paris is a less volatile market so there are fewer challenges for tech hiring there.
3) How are you overcoming these challenges with hubbado?
Our CTO discovered hubbado on LinkedIn and the feeling was good. We don’t usually have much time to source and allocate people so we appreciate working with hubbado. They are very efficient, he knows how to listen, and quickly understood the way we work. We’ve already placed two people via hubbado.
