This can be problematic in our development teams because we need to constantly source and onboard people with a niche skillset. Paris is a less volatile market so there are fewer challenges for tech hiring there.3) How are you overcoming these challenges with hubbado?Our CTO discovered hubbado on LinkedIn and the feeling was good.
