Our ability to give more to contractors and freelancers while maintaining competitive pricing compared to our rivals comes down to automation. Our backend system automates the entire back-office process for managing contractor resources, from creating contracts and SoWs, managing timesheets, issuing invoices and tracking payments.  This makes our operation both cost-effective and highly efficient, not only reducing the need for administrative effort and resources but also minimising errors.  Less errors means less time spent on fixing them and so the efficiencies become even greater. It’s a  very smooth operation with low-overheads.

Our platform streamlines the entire process, from contract generation to timesheet and invoice management. Everything operates seamlessly, with minimal manual intervention. We can even integrate invoices into accounting platforms, further automating essential business functions. Notably, we've managed a £10 million business with just one and a half back office staff, a remarkable ratio compared to the typical 10-12 staff needed in other companies of similar scale. This efficiency, driven by our platform, allows us to maintain lower margins for our clients.

Certainly, we've had a notable success story with a major financial institution that engaged us for milestone-based projects. This substantial project has not only thrived but also allowed the consultant involved to expand his business. As the project grew, he scaled up his team, a testament to the risk-sharing aspect of  this approach.
